We access your carrier accounts (FedEx, DHL, UPS, StarTrack, Australia Post) on a read-only basis solely to audit shipment data and file refund claims. We do not modify account settings, place orders, or make any changes to your carrier accounts beyond filing eligible refund claims on your behalf.
